DISGUSTING! I ordered doughballs. When I opened the box, it was visably clear that they were BURNT. I took a bite out of the part of the doughball that wasn't burnt and SPIT IT OUT immediately. What was supposed to be cinnamon sugar was straight up SALT! There is no way that was a mistake. Pamphlet states they're under new management; evidently doing a poor job.

Not really good pizza. Most of the reviews I read where accurate. Dough not really cooked too well, and tastes like frozen pizza would. I was not impress unfortunately.

The pizza here is good and they offer different ingredients then what you would normal find at some of the normal chains. This is a great place to get pizza if you are wanting to mix things up.

Disappointed that they advertise a Mr. Potatohead pizza but they no longer sell it anymore.Used to drive from DeKalb to get the potato head pizza, but can't see myself going back any time soon.

The new owners are great! They have, fantastic, friendly and very generous customer service and the food is great. I love this place. Give them a try!

The inside lobby and front where you order just does not look clean or nice at all. The specialty pizzas that you order are actually really good but I am always so iffy on walking in and getting a slice just based on how dirty it looks.

After the new management this place is great. Best pizza in downtown aurora.

Worst pizza I have ever ate! I got food poisoning and I threw up 6 times the next day. Never order from them. I had to call off work because of this nasty pizza.

We order from here all the time, it's always good and everyone is extremely nice. They have a lot of unique specialty pizzas. Fast delivery.

Their $2 slices of pizza is one of the best deals out there. It's huge and it tastes great. Plus they sell it all night unlike other pizzerias that only have those kind of specials in the afternoon.

The delivery driver cal was excellent, wonderful service i was very pleased with this being my first time ordering with them.

What a sneaky pos place to order food from , I used grub hub , when my delivery came I was charged almost $7 for a “ custom item “ that I never ordered . Look at you’re receipts before you pay ! Ps the pizza sucks, I’ve had better frozen pizza from Walmart ! Wings were good though ! Order date 7/17/2019

I giving them a one star review for the customer service. I talked to a gentleman who when I asked for a sausage and cheese pizza laughed at me and said yes it comes with cheese in a condescending tone. I get that it comes with cheese no need to scoff at me and giggle at my expense. I worked in customer service for 10 years and never would've treated a customer the way he treated me. The pizza at this establishment is amazing and I love when we get to order from here, but between the time it takes to actually get the pizza (always over an hour even on weekdays) and this guy, I probably will not order from here again. It's a shame because like I said their pizza is good.

Absolutely fantastic food! Tastes amazing, but the last 2 times that I've come in they've messed up the order. It's alright for it to happen every now and then but I've only ever come here twice and both times my order got messed up? I don't think that's right

This used to be one of my fav pizza places, but it’s gotten much worse under the new owners (which is disappointing). Tonight my pizza was terrible, and they didn’t deliver half the order. When I called to ask about the rest of my food they’d stopped answering their phone. With this kind of customer service I’m not sure how they plan to stay in business, but I hope they will make some positive changes.

I always order from doughballs. Been a costumer for quite a while now..They have the nicest manager I have ever spoken too, his name is Jeremy. He is very patient understanding and polite. Everytime I order from here they never disappoint. Delicious food & fast delivery :)

Pizza was better than any where here in Aurora wings were large great price!

I live about half a mile from the restaurant. I placed my order at 6:40 pm on a Wednesday with kind instructions to call when arrived, where to pull up and what not. Around 8:10 pm I decided to call and see what was up. I was told the driver took a double, and then accidentally went to the wrong address...whatever, that's fine, right? No biggie. Driver calls and can't find the place, can't see numbers on the building...I go outside. Seemed like he had a passenger who was either putting on makeup or putting visine in her eyes. The dude didn't seem to care. Whatever, right? The food ended up being ok, but the portions sucked, and everything was cold. Literally had to microwave it. $40 food and delivery fee, $10 tip.

The pizza is pretty bad and it took so long that it was cold both times that I ordered, I only ordered the second time to give them another try and I regret it. Plus there were definitely fries missing from my order which was obvious because one of the fries clearly had a bite taken out of it and there were quite a few less than the first time. I called to complain to the restaurant and they laughed at me and said it was impossible for fries to be missing. They don’t bag up food like many other pizza places so the driver easily open the styrofoam container and take fries, and in this case he certainly did just that. I would highly recommend eating just about anywhere else honestly.

I ordered a cheese pizza and fries and both were so delicious. They were ready fast and the girl who helped me was very nice.

Their menu is efficient & plentiful in selectios. However, the prices are a little overboard. They may get more service, based on price reduction.

This is the best food in town hands down. Pizza, wings, burritos i recommend you try it all you will not be disapointed even open late so hurry up and get your Doughballs

Literally the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. I wouldn’t order this for my worst enemy.

Walked in to grab a slice of cheese pizza. When i recieved it there was a big sauage in my pizza. Lady at the register told me they COOK ALL PIZZA TOGETHER. Which means if your a vegetarian or cant eat meat for religous purposes this place IS NOT FOR YOU.

Tim is an awesome dude who made me fresh guacamole when I ordered it and they didn't even have any. Always loved doughballs but the people working there now are genuinely so nice and welcoming. Didn't catch the name of the man he wasn't working with at the time but both were really great guys. Would definitely recommend, especially if you want a late night snack! Also try their quesadillas they're super good!

Great Pizza and Great Doughballs. No indoor seating so it's delivery or carryout. A little pricey but well worth it. If you live in the area, its highly recommended!!!

Outstanding 'za, nice menu choices with some very creative takes. Thee calzone are excellent.

Really just a step above what you’d get from an elementary school Friday pizza special. Which is unfortunate because they take amazing pictures for their advertisements and the place seems to have a ton of potential. Customer service was fantastic and the atmosphere was cool, but I mean the mozzarella sticks weren’t even melted. Just a lump of cheese with tasteless breading. Most likely will look for other places before trying here again

I used to live in aurora & would order from doughballs all the time especially late at night. I love their pizza, especially their mac & cheese bites. I got to order some over the weekend - lovedddddd it!

New owners are about 100 times better than the previous ones. Pizza was really good with a nice crust. Definitely give the dough balls a try, you won't regret it. Open late which is a huge plus.

This is definitely my spot when I want pizza or anything off their menu . Who ever is in the kitchen, keep up the good work.

Ordered two calzones for delivery, and was quoted 30-40 minutes. I ended up receiving cold food an hour and a half later. You couldn't pay me to order again.

If you have not gone back to taste DOUGHBALLS new recipe of the pizza YOU HAVE TO!!!ITS AMAZING!!

A bit pricey but they are not cheap on the ingredients. I am a bacon freak and they have the best thick bacon on their unicorns revenge pizza lol. I will definitely order here again when I can afford to do so.

Great pizza but pizza gets cold fast and won't be good anymore

I left a not so great review before because of the super long delivery (that never happened), but I'm glad it was just a fluke, only took 25 min this time and the delivery guy was very friendly! This pizza was great and the fried Mac and cheese was awesome! Got the veggie monster pizza, it was delicious, highly recommend.

The pizzas always been great, but their pasta is flavorless. Their garlic bread is simply toasted bread. Zero garlic. I’ll stick to their pizza.

I am confused with Doughballs. Because I used to order their chicken tenders with fries meal almost Every week. Me and my coworkers would get our weekly doughballs delivered . I called asking for the tender meals and they deny ever having them? I don’t know why they keep denying serving the tenders? Makes me wonder what was wrong with them....

Pizza is awesome. I went back a second time to see if it was a fluke. It's pretty cheap. I love the thin crust sausage pizza. The dude who owns the spot is super nice, great customer service.

Nice to be able to stop for a good cheap slice on the way to work downtown. Saw the other options and will have to stop back to try.

Pizza is not that great, I would have been better off going to little Caesar’s. The pizza is overpriced. We ordered for delivery at 12:11 AM and we got it at 12:45 AM the first time which is great, but the cheese was smeared at the top of the pizza box. The delivery guy said he would bring another pizza and he did at 1:50 AM. The pizza was messed up the first time and then it took too long to get it. pizza delivery man was nice though.
